Joanasie is internationally recognized for his signature Canadian Snowy Owls.

The Owls are easily recognizable for their somewhat square proportions, large inlaid eyes with big black pupils and white sclera, triangular nose and chunky feet. 

I love the Manning owl family groupings.

Suddenly, these carnivorous raptors with razor sharp beaks become gentle and loving parents.

And the owlets often have the cutest looks on their faces; sometimes mischievous, sometimes endearing.

This particular sculpture is a unique torquoise and green colour which is a new look for Manning.

All the essential owl features are beautifully presented as only Joanasie can.
