Sheutiapik's treatment of the green serpentine stone is brilliant. The sculptural forms undulate softly, and the play of light, reflection and shadow is almost magical. This sculpture ranks as one of Allan's most delightful works of art. 

I am really attracted to the apple green stone that this bear is made in. It is very illuminating and warm to the eye. It is beautiful, interesting, and a scene from a wild life!
