Phoenix is the King of his pond.
He is responsible for the safety and well being of many of his Loon friends.
They depend on him for his leadership and protection.
He, of course, has a special female Loon friend.
They are bonded for life.
Ning's bird carvings are sought after around the world.
I think their allure is their peaceful spirit and Ning's carving talent and creativity.
Each of her Loon have perfect curves and proportions and their rounded heads, innocent inlaid eyes and their long pointed beaks are magical.
You bond to these birds within seconds.
Ning Ashoona is the only active female carver from Cape Dorset.
Many of our clients have several Ning loons in their collections and they are a cherished gift as well.
