Masterpiece Sculpture! Magnificent Colour!

I love the light grey and light green lines that drape this jet black bear. A bit like spider web.

Then there are the freckles of light green which are concentrated on the legs.

The colour and pattern of the stone helps to understand Goliath's personality.

I think magic happens when the stone is so unique because of course, the artist has no way of knowing what the details of the colour will be before the polishing begins.

Every sculpture is a hidden treasure until the colour is uncovered and polished.  

Every collector loves a unique carving.  They often spend years looking for that perfect piece.

We seek out that status: we want to think that we are the only one in the world to own a piece that is truly one of a kind.

Goliath is that piece, 

He is a Bear's bear. Strong, muscular and stoic.
