Master carver Bobby Anavilok crafts, with artistic poise, a gorgeous rendition of an Inuk and a kayak hunting a caribou. The sense of balance, crisp lines and coloration are punctuated by the inlaid eyes. This feature lends itself to a strengthened character and a prodigious intensity.

This carving comes from one of the most remote communities in the Northern hemisphere. Sculptures from here rarely ever get made.
