Arnaqu Ashevak (1956-2009)
Arnaqu was an adopted son of the famous Inuit graphic artist Kenojuak Ashevak. First he started as a carver, but then he began drawing and after working as an assistant printmaker for the West Baffin Eskimo Co-operative in Cape Dorset, he got recognized as a graphic artist.
