Mosesee is one of my top go-to bear artists. His small dancing bears are some of the most fascinating sculptures because he always carves with humour AND originality.
What I love about this bear is his slim body habitus.
His torso is long and lanky. This legs and arms? Also long and slim. Even his neck is extra long. Notice how his left foot is turned inward? It gives him a quirky look as does the exaggerated spread claws/toes on his right foot.
To me, his feet look like scuba diving fins!
And his face? His face is sweet. This is a happy, perhaps a bit goofy looking, Dancing bear.
I have so much respect for Mosesee and his bears.
