Magnificent Movement!

Like so many of Pootoogook’s small Dancing subjects, this jolly bear appears to be enjoying himself immensely.

This bear is full of energy and joy!

I am particularly drawn to his exaggerated black claws on his oversized paws and feet.

The yellow brown mottled stone is somewhat unusual which makes this little fellow even more appealing.

Mosesee has demonstrated his talent for portraying grace and beautiful movement in  all of his Dancing bears.

This sculpture is the perfect entry level carving for someone who is beginning an Inuit carving collection.
