The clean taupe gray colour of this Inukshuk is strikingly attractive.  The ends of the stones are a deep tangerine and finally ... thin vertical black lines caress the piece.  From a distance you could mistake the stone for an exotic wood.

The square head, the diamond torso;  the proportions are exactly right. 

Samonie is the son of Isacie Petaulassie and is also the grandson of the late Axangajuk Shaa.
